Experience:

As an associate of Gaertner Tobin LLP , Bruce practises in the area of corporate and commercial litigation where he regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court and Commercial Court. Since being called to the bar in 1999 Bruce has garnered experience with litigation files on a diverse number of issues ranging from commercial injunctions, contract disputes, wrongful dismissals, debtor creditor actions, commercial tenancy matters and estate matters. In addition to his litigation experience, Bruce continues to resolve litigious issues for his clients through his negotiation skills and mediation experience.
